It's just frustrating that every year someone pushes idea that we should truncate one of the best parts of the game because there are fewer stars in the latter half of the draft.

More importantly. Its a discussion. Not a push. Not a proposal. Not a suggestion. Opinion. Discussion. The Great One!

That to me, directly refers to quality not redundancy.

Pitt is moving to auto.
Got 2B Angelo Hernandez and he was by far the last guy I felt it was worth targeting... especially because I dont pick this round so Im 45+ picks away from picking and anyone else even remotely worth it should be gone I expect.
My scout (which he is obviously probably wrong about this) has Angelo at 6-7-3-5-5 potential. I would feel great about getting a guy with 6 contact this late but with his bad intangibles and how under developed he is I assume next rescout he will look something like 4-6-2-3-4 potential. But hey worth a flier i think.

A couple of late picks I liked: Ivan Corral and Taylor Turney. Both of these guys were top 70 picks according to my scout and good work ethics. I have Turney on a short list to keep tabs on.

I'll just stay over here with my "magical" scouting options and "mythical" direct quotes.
