There's value beyond Round 2, but in the current system, everything after Round 4 is filler. Its just yearly garbage recycling.

Thats the nature of professional sports. It's supposed to be less likely to find value late. To me, you would completely remove the point of the draft by removing more rounds. Maybe we should consider increasing scouting error instead.

Not true. If we generate the same number of prospects for the current draft length, but only draft 6 rounds + supps, it wouldn't impact the depth of the class.
