I was looking at another international guy closely, but I couldn't pass up Tyler Delp here. My scout doesn't love him, but he's had one hell of a productive career with UT.Maine Guides

Liked Delp, but of course Z took him. We'll go with option 1B. Daniel de Leon. Very similar to Robby Arciniega when I took him in round 2 in 1993. VA is up again, then me again, then Pitt.Death Valley Scorpions (2003-Present)

LF Ed Pierce is in. Scout and OSA have him the same pretty much. Happy he's still there. Highest player left on my board. Can field, can run and has shown stat growth every season with solid intangibles...
Really only 2 guys left that I like in this draft.
Pitt and Clay and sammich is done.Last edited by umd; 05-15-2012, 09:47 PM.Death Valley Scorpions (2003-Present)

Ventura was the #7 player on my scout's list. Looks like he may an outside chance of making it to the bigs.
I also like De Leon. Almost got him with 2.7 as well. OSA thinks he's a stud. His WE probably won't let him hit that level, but still another good pick.
Delp is a bit iffy, but I'd never overlook a COL players that put up #'s all 4 years like that.
Another Virginia Bounce and you've got Daly 2.0.
EDIT: I thought Clay picked him. Sorry Z, he's going to be a bust.
