I could groom 22 yr Lonnie Williams to move to 1st. When Linesman makes it Munoz should be gone. But that still leaves me too many OF'ers at that time. Yes, Ferreira is the CF'er of the future. I would not mind moving Er but no one wants to pay what I think he is worth.

That prediction would work fine for me. 93 wins, winning the division comfortably. Obviously I would hope to do better than last season in the postseason. We also put two hitters and two pitchers on the top 10 list, I think Virginia is the only team that also did that.
We've still got some guys that are growing up, so hopefully this is just the beginning of a pretty good run for us.Washington Bats, 2013-

You look at your team now and think to yourself: I have too many OFers.
Take it from experience, I once said that about my pitching and now look at my rotation.
More young guys do not pan out than those that do. Keep the pieces. Let them develop. Having too many good players is a good problem. When you get to the point that one needs to go, you worry about finding value for them. Maybe then you find your future 1B in a trade.
And it's very possible you might not get what you want for Er when that time comes, but if you get something for Er, it'll be better than letting one just get away. It's okay to lose a battle to win the war.Denver Bulls

The thing that you need to know most, Tom, is thay intuitive and OOTP don't translate. Yes, it seems logical that a guy with a sterling glove should be able to play a litte 1B, but it just doesn't always translate. Also, just cause something works once, doesn't mean it always will. Trial and error is a huge part of the learning curve and beyond.
