Don't we have a thread dedicated to Draft Pick compensation? Having trouble finding it.

I should get one for Syracuse signing Hill.

      Thanks, Jake.

It's in the Trade Announcements. I track it for my own reference, but I don't update it every SIM.

He wanted 14M per from us and I offered 7. I wasn't comfortable going to much higher than that. But I agree, good get at that price.

I'm still hoping to sign two more guys to fill out the roster. Looks like a lot of guys have lowered their demands quite a bit.

I'm really hoping Sadao Matsumoto becomes everything OSA is saying.

I've never been lucky to have a player just have a sudden superstar ratings bump. Never.

Signed two more guys this sim.

Lefty C Jerry Craig comes over to platoon with Dusty Simms.

Glenn Ferrel for $750,000 is gonna be given a chance to improve the BP.

Still have 22,000,000 to spend. Guessing I wont come close to spending it all.

I don't trust any 8's that my scout throws around. It's almost always on an international on their debut scout, and it always comes down. I've said that I like Betts, but he's a guy that I think my scout is really overrating.

Love getting Guzman for well below his asking price. I need somebody who'll give me innings. I essentially have a staff of numerous #3 starters (with the exception of Sutton who I think should be a #2). He's the type of pitcher who should thrive in my park with his good control and his ability to pitch to contact. I may roll with a 6 man rotation to start the year and narrow it down later in the year.

He's a good addition. We were close to keeping him. I decided it was time to give Ricky Rangel a chance. He'll take Guzman's spot. Guzman will win games and eat innings for you.

Sounds a lot like the setup I've got going on. I got a bit more out of my innings eater (Ivan Vazquez) but realistically I think I have 6 solid, though not ace quality, starters.

I'm not huge on Guzman in terms of ratings, but he's performed well. It should be a good addition.
