    Yes, these guys are free to sign. We still have the feature disabled where your scout can find INT players during the season. That feature is a little random. These guys everyone has a shot at.

        Your team needs a few years of TLC. Your 40 man is a mess. Garbage guys all over it while really solid prospects sat unprotected and will likely leave via Rule V. My best advice is be patient. There have been worse teams. I know first hand.

                      I am big time now. I hope even w/o a salary cap it's still competitive though. From the changes to the market and so forth I think it should be fine.
