All 1997 Options are handled. Any players whose option was declined, should now appear on that team's ARB screen. Make sure you offer them ARB if you want a Comp Pick (if applicable).

OK.... these are all done now. Since OOTP 12 doesn't have Mutual Options, I made them all Team Options since... in a nutshell... they are anyway.
The one Player Option (Fitzgerald) was done correctly.
