  • SIM COMPLETE - 1996 - PLAYOFFS 4 (ROUND 2)

    NEXT SIM: TBD*

    ***

    * Next SIM will probably be Saturday. Los Lunas needs to chime in when is good for him. I want to give him the option. I can SIM tomorrow (FRI) but it would probably be late in the evening.

The DFA's should be "movable" now. So if you want to keep any of them, move them and export!

I'm pretty sure playoff teams (even those eliminated) cannot make certain roster moves during the playoffs.

What are you trying to do exactly?

I have players DFA that are going to expire. I have players coming off the DL without injury time. I have players I'm ready to release that will not be Bats next season.

Nothing too major. I can wait until the Brewmaster's is over...in four games.

I think you can get by. Not sure about the DFA thing.

Yeah, I don't want to lose my DFA guys and I have injury moves to make.

I don't know if we can do it in four; but I like the cut of your jib, sailor.

                      Anyway...

I'm taking one more look at my team now and I'll be exporting shortly. I can go any time after 7:00 pm Friday night or anytime after 12:00 noon on Saturday (Eastern Time Zone), Clay. I just have to stop at the beverage center Friday after work. I need one really good beer if the expected happens (I'll be drinking that); and one really cheap beer if the impossible happens (I'll be wearing that one).

Haha. I might be in Elma this summer, but I don't want to make Jim wait that long.

Speaking of, I still need to post this season's grab bag of booze.

I read this week that two servings of alcohol per day is very beneficial to male cardiac patients. Just thought I'd point that out.

Oh shit. I forgot you got the bionic heart earlier in the season. Its a Cinderella story. This doesn't bode well.
