We actually started with ootpou before switching to statslab. Its decent but written in a language I don't know so I prefered statslab. Statslab also was more actively developed at the time we switched and has a few more features. May be worth switching to ootpou though if statslab is no longer being updated.

For voting history statslab was created based on ootpou so the databases should be similar. If so I may be able to just copy the data from one to the other. Wouldn't know until it was installed though.

I voted "no" but I will attempt to upgrade to 12 if the league upgrades.

I say "attempt" because I've already tried twice and I couldn't even get the installer to launch. I'm due for an operating system upgrade, so I may have to go hog wild and buy an external hard drive, the operating system, and OOTP 12. Hey, what are my daughter's student loans for, anyway?

So the teams who are voting no somehow know that their teams will suddenly suck in '12?

I'm no website admin guru or anything, but can we run both utilities simultaneously and see how they both work?

The thing I read in the StatsLab thread that scared me was the league that was having the issue where the utilitiy was taxing the host.

No, I'm sure it's purely coincidental.

We're skirting around the real issue here: Will this other utility allow Carlos to write his book?

Does it have a 1-click book generator?

If that's an issue, we may have to stay away from StatsLab.

Either way, if we were using OOTPOU before, I think his consistency of keeping up with OOTP over the last few years is just one more reason to move back to his utility.

Carolina, Philly and Virginia still need to vote.

                            Please vote before tomorrow (SAT).

That's a big drawback for me. I LOVE StatsLab.

It's what makes the league so much better than it already was.

So we should be stuck on 11 until someone updates StatsLab?

That really doesn't make sense to me.
