  • *OFFICIAL* 1996 Awards Voting

    http://www.simgamingnetwork.com/blb/utilities/StatsLab/eos_ballot.php

    - Voting is mandatory
    - Vote in ALL Categories!!
    - Voting begins immediately and will last until the last SIM of the playoffs or final ballot is received.
    - Teams who don't submit a fair ballot may have their votes invalidated. (ie leaving a rival player off the ballot so your guy wins, etc)
    - Voting will be done in the utility using the link above.

NOTE: FireFox does occasionally experience issues with the voting utility.

Since 1991, only once has Pancho Herrera not won the IL Pale Ale unanimously. This year will be the second time.

Assuming things continue this way for a certain DL Relief Pitcher, he will become the first unanimous winner of the Last Call Relief Award in either league.

Adrian Diaz had 21 first place votes in 1991, but was left off a ballot (22 were cast that year).

Los Alamos and Morgantown left to vote (insert shocked face).

Really only two races that could still be swung.

Is the shocked face because I voted without needing to be reminded? That was my guess.

Still one team left to vote.

To be fair, it's only been 8 days.

But why would we want to be fair or anything?

                    It'll be in tonight.

Can we make it mandatory for the winners of the awards to write a news article? It's been two straight years with no one writing. No coincidence, no Bat has won an award since the last article was written on awards.

                        It takes maybe five minutes.

I think with less incentive, it's just died in the writing department.

Not saying I want incentives back. But people are more interested in forum chat than writing. That's how I see it.

I'm okay either away. I stopped reading articles too.
