IF there are any "Lonnie Coleman Games" this year... I'd like to knock them out this weekend. So, be aware... if you're in a race still... I'd like to turn Game 163's around and not change the SIM schedule (Playoff 1 on Monday).

I've got to praise our guys' ingenuity.

I mean just when I thought we had found every way to lose, they keep coming up with brand new ones.

0-6! Awesome. None of my starters get past the first inning these days. Very, very strange season.

Your squad better pull it's shit together for the last sim of the season and play for some damn spoiler pride.

Lol, I'm 13-34 against the Ale and pretty sure I'm on a 9 or 10 game losing streak right now with the division. Sorry, talk to my asshole pitchers!

And here we go: 1 gm for the division, 4 for the WC. 3 @ Maine and 4 vs Pitt to finish up. Had a mild heart attack when I saw JJG on the injured list, luckily it is only 4 days. I may slide him in at the back of the rotation for the end of the season as an all hands on deck type move, or just make him the game 1 starter if we survive. Not sure yet. He's had a hell of a season outside of Bmore - 15-4 2.93 ERA 51.7 VORP. Rex Knight is a superstar, but JJG and Castor have been unbelievable for us this year.

Ricky Rangel has played fantastic and will probably be our #4 starter next season. He dueled Dimmick for 8 shutout innings, but Godron blew the save. 4 starts, 2-1 28.2 IP 1.57 ERA 1.05 WHIP.

Castor is 4 HRs shy of 50 and 12 RBI shy of 150. What a monster season. When they can stay healthy, a Durham-Hernandez-Sau-Castor line-up is fun to watch.

There was a Loren Wallace sighting as well. 10-of-24 .417 with 1 homer 6 ribs and 5 runs.

Good luck to Z and MWetts and to Funclown, have some fucking Clown pride and finish up strong.

Over .500 since the All-Star break.

Can we add 50 more games to the schedule?

Thank you, Syracuse. You turned an 0-3 week into a 3-3 one.

He has obviously lost ANY ability to have pride. Playing spoiler? PFFFT

When I saw my last sim results I started to smile a little. Then, I went to the standings and thought....huh, it must not have updated because I just went 5-1 and I'm 7 games back. I settled back into my seat and continued reading my book. A text from Funclown reported he shit the bed and went 0-6. Then the thought came to me... Wait, wasn't I 6 games back last sim?! Didn't PAW play LOS?? It's amazing how quickly the human body can go from feelings of safety, comfort, accomplishment to horror, shame and hate. Seeing the updated last sim results for LOS cleared the cobwebs and finished my morning rollercoaster ride in disasterous fashion.

My congrats go out to LOS who deserves a win this year. Great season! Pawtucket should be raised to the ground and the land sold to caravan gypsies.

We spent all our energy taking two of three from Mississippi for Gyro. It's hard to get up for a 3 game set in the Rocky Mountains.

I can get behind this plan!

I can't believe we're going to finish so close to .500. And yet our owner is still furious.

Just wanted to thank Dave for giving me just a little breathing room. When I saw we lost 2 of 3 to Maine my heart sunk. Then I looked at the standings and had actually gained two games on Maine thanks to NO playing their hearts out.

Negron reinjured his hamstring. My power hitters are breaking down towards the end of the season. Long week ahead. I beleive we were in a similar situation last year with a 3 game WC lead only to have to play a lonnie coleman game against the patriots. Hope it does not come to that cause Maine has my number (6-12).

Good luck to the Ale and IL WC contenders.
