I like to think of myself as an "outside of the box thinker", but I'm not sure allowing 90% of my team to not show up in September is the right call.

Pawtucket 2-12.(2 sims) Lol, yeah think this shuts the door on the season.

5 straight playoff apperances. Was hoping to sneak in a 6th, but the Ale was to tough for us this season. The 12 run 8th Maine put on us in the first game in the week was rather cute. Pitching was such a bummer this season.

Good luck for the remaining 3. Looks like its gonna be a good race

Not in Pawtucket. Think my players have taken to watching planes fly past the stadium. Perhaps cuz they know there's a great chance the owner is going to send them on one of those jets this coming offseason!!!!

Injuries this year have been complete BS. A few shakes things up but come on.

                      We went 7-0.

We're now one game back of both Pittsburgh and Hartford, who are tied for the Ale division lead and Wild Card.

Pete Foster suffered his EIGHTH injury/setback of the year. How is this possible?

Sasaki made his Maine debut, and promptly gave up six runs in four and two thirds.

Congrats by the way. 10 long years, but you've seemingly done it the right way with patience and player development. Good reward for all those rebuilding years.

3 Regular Season SIMs to go...

Damn we're limping into the finish line...

Our platoon Catcher (next year's starter) is now out for the rest of the reg season.

Pancho gets hit hard in the 1st inning of both his starts.
                          No one hit.

Effrain 'Gadget' Gray is going back down. He will not make the playoff roster.

                          Oh...and...here come the Tobs...

Water finds its level? Seriously, maybe it's just a case of the bill coming due for playing .750 ball for so long?

Oh I'm sure. I'm still going to win north of 105 games and the cup is mine to lose. I just don't want these "struggles" to make me make any bad decisions (questionable resignings/abandoning the plan)
