    Pawtucket 3-4.

Little thud at the end of the month, but 16-9 overall for July.

3 games out of the wildcard going into August. Within striking distance.

Pitching, two of my "ace" starters are at career lows right now.(Waiting for that water level thing) If we can just learn to pitch......

We might set the record for worst record in one run games. Currently at 12-27.

Wow, I no longer feel that bad about my 11-19 record in 1-run games.

Any idea what the record is for most games played under your Pythagorean projection? Denver and I are both currently at -6 and that seems like a high number.

In other news, Lonnie Johnston hit .333 and drove in 11 runs last week. Hello. O'Finegan is also having a huge July and August to normalize his average a bit. And Alex Martinez actually had a quality start in which he walked nobody, which was very exciting.

Pancho Herrera got injured this SIM. We're still trying to pick up the pieces.

4-3 and tied for the WC lead. Lots of injuries this sim - Abe Hernandez, Carbajal, Stewart. We have replacements ready, so we'll just keep plugging along waiting for the last 2 weeks of the season Ale steel cage deathmatch.

Rex Knight jumps to #4 on the Top Players list.

Time to break up the little circle jerk Virginia has had going on all year.

Woodbury is headed south, so it could happen. Chavez will be #1 for the next 5 years though.

R.J. Curtis is now #13 on the top pitchers list and, at 25, is the youngest player on the list.

Wade Coates got hosed for IL Pitcher and/or Rookie of the Month. No surprise that two Virginia players got the awards.

Does anyone know if there is a "notes" section in game where I can remind myself to make changes at the end of the season(or anytime really)?
