    That may or may not be true (I'm honestly unsure). But, when we put them in, it was always attached from day one making them slightly more aligned with the real MLB's rule against trading picks. If a guy wants to trade someone he drafted in the S.Round, that's fine of course. I'm just expressing the idea that "pre-planning a trade" pre-pick is a true circumvention of the rule and would fall into a very dark grey area close to collusion.
