I can put them in manually before the draft.

Skerik - if you need help deciphering the draft pool with all these picks in, we'll talk you through it.

I'd ask you to go ahead and make 1.2 as well, but LAM is right after you so not sure how much good it would do.

        1.2 - SP -
        Tyler Baker
        Hyannis Mets
        Career 24-7, 2.47 ERA, 0.82 WHIP

With the second overall pick in the 1996 BLB entry draft, the California Kodiaks have selected SP - Tyler Baker of the Hyannis Mets.

Baker, the second straight selection from the Cape Cod League by the Kodiaks, has drawn comparisons to BLB great Raul Carrillo from the California brass. Blessed with an overpowering fastball that can touch 100 at times, Baker is a strikeout artist that is not afraid to challenge hitters up in the zone.

Like #1 overall pick Travis Fisher, Baker will begin his professional career with the A Ball Seattle Pilots.

Really really really wanted to take a specific hitter with the #2 pick, who I think is the next Jerry Daly, but I'm worried he won't get the Virginia bounce in a certain rating, so I had to pass, even though he passed every other test in regards to being a surefire star.

So, I decided to attempt to turn a weakness into a strength by doubling up on the arms with Fisher and Baker.

            Baker is gonna be better.

            Excellent choices.

Really? I had Fisher as the #1 arm on the board. You can't "go wrong" (actual results may vary) with either.

We don't get a lot of Cape Cod guys at the top of the draft. I'll be interested to track these guys.

Baker looks like a beast if he meets expectations. He'd be a stay away for me personally because a history that includes "torn labrum" on it is an auto-pass for me. However, he's a really nice prospect.

Nice that you actually took the time to edit your post to turn it from a general statement to a shot. Quality dick move.

                    Oh get over it.

It was topical with the ratings discussions of Woodbury, yesterday.

Not an actual "FU, Clay" move... just trying to be 'funny'.

I had Baker #1 on my board, but Old Nick definitely has more potential. Great picks.

I've got two guys I'd be happy with still out there, with two picks before mine. Fingers crossed.

Baker or Fisher is screwed now, btw. I see a massive arm injury in one of their futures after the "Virginia Bounce" comment.

Please don't flatter yourself. I was joking. I can't do smileys on my phone to negate my snark like everyone else. A quality dick move is easily identified because its something I'd do.
