Between June 8th and 10th, how many times can we submit FA signings? I obviously need to fill out my single A team and it might take more than a couple times to do so.
Only once, but it can be for as many FA's as you want. You'll then hear replies after sunday's sim, and will have two more chances to fill out your roster during Spring Training. Minor league teams don't play Spring Training.
