If only you had a hard hitting 1B that drove in a lot of runs. You should try to get that guy from Maine.

It took us 21 innings to give up a run. Don't catch us in the first half of the week.

And don't face VIR with the Philly lineup if you can help it.

There's that too. Let me have this. God knows I don't have much in this league.

My team actually pitched and hit well. Not amazingly well, but we did pretty good.

Glad to see us being #2 in defense. Really slacked the past two seasons, but upgrades in the infield and the super-utility guys, plus Jenkins in center should help bring us back to good defensive ways.

Denver didn't have a DWI winner last season since 1991 and we haven't been very good defensively in the 90s after being very good in the 80s. Unacceptable.

I see what the league has decided to do. Beating us isn't enough. Now you're trying to hurt my main offensive players so I can not only stumble, but crawl through the season.

                  Not cool.

I'm gonna keep posting. It's 1996! AOL is charging a flat monthly fee now.

Jayson McQueen wins first pitcher's duel of the season against Pete Jones. Not bad.

I'm interested in seeing how he performs in the DL.

He went from a fireballer to a big lefty junkballer. He's one of those guys that you'd love if you had him at the 3 or 4, but sorely dissappointed as a 1 or 2. Every 6 or 7 games he'll spin an absolute gem.

                            First place, bitches!

Everyone but Reed and Toiguchi left their bats down south and the pitching was average, with the exception of Doug Rich. Bullpen was pretty good too.

                            Gonna be an interesting season.
