Slow start out of the gate and Don Russell is down for the next 2 months with a bad shoulder. How have we not hit a single home run in those first 6 games? Already miss Don Hudson in our lineup.

A solid start to the season for us. 4-2, winning both series over Baltimore and Batavia. 4 good starts by our rotation and 2 terrible ones. The 3 new guys in the rotation were great.
Nothing to complain about here, at least on the BLB level.
Swept by VIR, we sweep the Bats. That's the first time I can recollect ever sweeping WAS since I joined the league in '87. It took me several seasons to even win a series from them as it always seemed we would go 1-2 whenever WAS was on the schedule. 3-3 start to the season for a team that has 80 win potential is about right.
This is easily my favorite team from a talent standpoint. My front 3 are lockdown and my bottom 3 are on the rise. My bullpen feels way better than last season and we still have Efrain 'Gadget' Gray in the chamber.
After losing my starting 2b for the season we've now lost our ace for the season. We might actually be decent this year if we weren't losing starters for the season every week!! Need a magical trainer.

4-2 to keep pace w/ 2 other 4-2 and a 5-1. Only losses in extras. Kayra should be a good one as he continues his solid pitching at the BLB level from last season. Valencia doesn't do much, but the old guys (Newlin/George/Carbajal) look ok so far. They're my biggest concern. I love the bullpen I've managed to build.
Durham re-signs, fan interest shoots from 89-99.

Three one-run losses and another two-run loss in 10 innings. So much for my vaunted bullpen. Our pitching has been surprisingly good across the board thus far, but scoring three runs a game isn't going to cut it in the DL.
