Clown has spent a long, hard time helping him with his release. I'm not surprised his efforts finally came . . . to fruition.

I made it through Spring Training without any serious injuries, that's all I was hoping for. Our only player out to start the year is backup IF Kip Higgins and that's just for a week.
My owner thinks we should finish with a winning record. I hope we can do that, this team looks ok to me.
Manny Mendez's projected role has changed to "Borderline Starter" (it was bullpen). He'll start.Washington Bats, 2013-

League Ethics Question
Two less-than-devastating injuries this ST. Obviously the OOTP gods aren't any more concerned about the Javelinas running away with it than I am.
QUESTION: I have a pitcher on my active roster that refuses to be demoted; but I really don't want him taking up a roster spot. What options do I have that would be considered "fair play". I gather that cutting him and eating his salary is not acceptable.Last edited by Gyrodork; 01-23-2012, 11:23 PM.

Money. Its always about the money.
Not the fact that 6 of your first round draft picks are named: Chet Stephens, Tad Crossman, Ivan Cervantes, Barney Kenner, Gil Sanchez, Al Hamilton and your team is named Bustavia.
And we have had our share of busts...I can't even imagine how much more successful we'd be than Baltimore if those guys had panned out.
Boom (in the voice of a GOW3 Boomer)!
Edit...And I don't kick everyone when they are down...only criminals. In fact I'm getting a Lifesaving Award today at the 2011 Award Banquet for giving CPR to a lady who fell down, cracked her head, and quit breathing. I can be nice.Last edited by Matt; 01-24-2012, 08:03 AM.

It's unfair if you do it without the financial resources to realistically pay out the salary.Denver Bulls
