      Love this team.

Don't usually feel this good about my team coming in. Probably a bad omen.

I know this probably sounds crazy because my team won't be a real contender, but this is one of my favorite lineups I've ever had.

Not saying it's the best lineup I've ever had. The prime years of Browning, Seltzer, Borkholder, Zamarida, Sanchez, Al-Sadat, Montero and whatever corpse in RF put up some big runs in the late 80s.

But this lineup is closer to my ideal lineup of infielders that can play multiple positions, sub in and out for each other, bat nearly anywhere in the lineup.

Love having Victor Garcia and Frank Tufts being super-utility guys.

Yeah, they won't score a ton of runs this way, but Denver has always been a pitching town and we'll live and die by the arm.

By the way, love the Indy deal for Rodriguez.

I think it's one of the best contracts signed this off-season. A guy being paid what he's worth at 3-years.

          Love it.

I love a lot of things today.

          I do not love Jake.

I'm not expecting a lot this year, but I do think our lineup can keep us competitive.

I do think we have the chance to demolish RHP.

I love it too. Once I got Pancho I pulled out, but I was offering something similar. Also like the deal for 1B Shawn Ray. Another guy I targeted, withdrew, and then suddenly thought... man... I could use that bat against righties.

Refund. PP. Perez. He is NOT Pancho. There is one Pancho. And, as we learned in the playoff live SIMs, he will throw at your head if you try to show him up.

Nice to see Jared Kirby got a job. Thought he might have the permanent stink on him.

We have a Pancho Alvarez. Full name because I know better.

You know your role. Good job.

Hell, there's another Pancho Herrera... And he's not allowed to use his own name.

                      Pancho's a good guy.

Really happy with the guys we grabbed this sim. Winters gives us depth, along with a push at the ticket window. Rodriguez will be in the middle of the lineup, and should do well. Hernandez is OF depth, and Ray is a beast against righties and will platoon with Garcia.

Missed on Seagerra and Carbajal. Really wanted those guys.

We won't be good, but I'm really interested to see how we fare this year.

Not much this sim for Pawtucket. Signed a few backup pitchers & another to an extension.

                        Time to stay injury free.

Happy to get Seagarra back in the mix. He'll provide a nice RH bat off the bench as he platoons with young Wessin Ramirez. Ramirez is a switch hitter (at least according to the back page gossip section), but he's more fully developed at this point from the left side. Seagarra is also a full time option if young Ramirez struggles and we decide he needs more AAA time.

Keifer's control jumped to 4. He maybe just a season away. If he goes nuts maybe all-star break.

I hope Wessin Ramirez isn't having one of those random ratings jumps that slow developing players suddenly have at 27 and then lose at 28.

Just happened to Scot Rodriguez. But I expected it because it took me by surprise when it happened to Fernando Pargo. Now I see it happen all the time.

Yeah, I'm sure you would hate to see Ramirez fizzle like that.
