SIM COMPLETE - 1981 - Offseason 1

Files are up. Couple of important things:

- DO NOT attempt to sign free agents until after the Rule 5 draft. Free Agency will not start until after we resume in September

- Please keep your DFA sections clear during the offseason as we commonly sim more than 21 days (except during FA)

So was this the last sim to make a trade? or can we still?

You can make trades up until Sunday when the lists are due. After that, no trading until the expansion draft is over.

I think this might be the first time a pretty decent guy, is left on the market.

Forgot to say that I will not be importing for Sunday's sim. I'm working solely on setting up the expansion draft.
