Offseason 2 - Pre Arbitration to Rule 5 Draft

NOTE: By rule, you MUST have all players you want to protect from RULE V on the 40-man by this SIM

Arbitration is next sim.

You need to access your arbitration screen in game, under the BLB tab. You'll find a list of guys that are arbitration eligible. You can release any that you don't want to offer arbitration to or offer them arbitration by clicking the submit button on the right for each player. Make sure you enter what you wish to offer before hitting the submit button, however.

Also, at the bottom of this screen are players that are you players that are going to be free agents. Under FA TYPE, check to see if you get compensation for any of them. If so, you MAY want to offer them arbitration by checking the box on the right side of the screen. Careful here though, if a guys takes your offer of arbitration, you don't get a pick as compensation, rather you get the player at a computer selected salary for another season.

As for Wilmington, none of his guys that are scheduled to be FA's are going to net him compensation... so the only thing he can gain by offering them arbitration is another year under contract.
