The league I used to commish is now on OOTP12. I am not sure if there are any openings right now but I know we had some people drop when we made the jump.

Plus I'm all bogged down with this whole winning thing. Do you remember how that goes?
I'm too busy being bitter about how my team would have won 100 games if they had played in the Pilsner this year.

I think I'm going to try this one:
        http://www.british-baseball.com/

Not as active as I would like to see but it has some potential. It has a few interesting features (multiple tiers with promotion/relegation, FA bidding, 84 game schedule, etc) and an excellent website. We'll see how it goes!

It sounds like they have a couple openings if anyone is looking for a 2nd league.

HTML is wrong. I believe it's supposed to be british-rounders.

By the way, I was in a league that did something similar with the relegation/demotion system and it was fantastic. A lot of fun. Unfortunately, it died of inactivity.

This one looks like it has a strong number of owners.

Andrew, are you looking to try it for the conversion here or are you looking for ideas for a different league?

            Just being nosy.

Neither. Just want to get back into an online league to play for fun.

Yeah I was in there when it first started...got off to a shakey start. Interesting concept but turned out to be a very boring league. I dropped the 3rd season. It wasn't active and only like 4 teams would participate in the FA so those owners would just load up.

Good idea in theory. Boring once the games started. Just my .02

                  Gotcha.

I've tried joining a couple other leagues, but to be honest, it's tough to find another league as fun as this one.

Thanks for the feedback. I'm going to try it out for a bit and see if things pick up. If not, I'm on the waiting list for another league that seems to be more active.

Maybe they cleaned it up. They made some bad choices to start like doin FA with live bids during a 3 day holiday weekend and there were bugs with the bid system. No harm in seeing if it works now.

Like I said format was interesting concept. hopefully they fixed some stuff.

lol, wasn't trying to imply that this league isn't fun.

I heard Brad wants to step down and give Philly and their 4 1st rounders to Andrew in exchange for his return to the BLB. He's just going to trade them anyway.

This is the only league worth being in.

I think we can all thank the original owners for putting together and maintaining such a great league.
