Yes, my .829 OPS compared to Batavia's .624 against a far inferior pitching staff in DC leads me to believe he should be uber-competitive.



I honestly don't think either team played particularly well in Round 1... but we have the match-up we all expected. We both burned our #1 in Game 5, so it'll be up to the supporting casts.

I still hold out my contention that I hold the advantage because:
A) I play better on the road than he does
B) I hit LHP well and he's fat with LH pitching.
C) I run the SIMs, have a history of cheating, and have no conscience.

The one tick I put towards Batavia is that I just won the Championship in HIS league... so I, technically, owe him one.

I think for the betterment of the league you should let me win. Nothing wrecks interest like the same result year after year. Change brings hope!

As for the match-up we don't really stand a chance. Looking at Virginia's roster is just sickening. It's almost an embarrassment to the league that one team can get this good...and have the #1 farm system. I mean what hope is there for the rest of us?

Aren't you suppose to cheer for the team that knocks you out? Then you can say u lost to the Champs.
