I think a short-season Rookie League that starts on like July 1st might be a logical option. We could limit the rosters to maybe 20-22 and maybe the first year we were going to implement it we could do a one-time 20 round draft.
I'd have to do testing, but it at least merits off-season discussion.

Leveling the markets is killing me. I've ran about 20 tests and I can not get them to come out level even in the first season. They immediately adjust. I'll continue to try to see if we can even vote on it, but no luck yet.
Maybe when I test 12 it will work. The Great One!

Plus, you couldn't possibly account for all scenarios. What if you send "If a clinch on tuesday, pull X out on Wed and replace with Z... But Z got hurt on Monday? Now I can't do anything.
The one thing that all owners in the BLB have to accept coming in is that we do 7 day SIMs. Period.
We made the adjustment to the playoffs, but even that doesn't change the fact that there are no Mid-SIM adjustments.
Or what if we split the final week into two back to back sims?Wilmington Wildcats- 2057-
Seattle Pilots- 2017-2041
Washington Bats - 1979-2013

Again, and I'm being sincere, we can vote on anything.
And, for the record, if you think my opinion sways the owners in this league in MY direction...you're nuts. If it has any impact, its the other way.The Great One!
