I plan on another yr at AAA. His Control is now 4 by Ootp. Any harm in calling him up for a start or 2

You're not going anywhere this season... so it's not worth throwing him on your 40 man for this season.
My advice. Leave him alone.
Let him start '96 in AAA. If he comes out of the gate like a man among boys... bring him up. Worst case scenario... he gets 4 starts in AAA. That's nothing. No good reason to blow his Pro Status for two starts.The Great One!
