    NEXT SIM: Monday A.M.

    ***

    League File up by 8:45a

Trade Deadline has passed. Thanks to the Traders for making this a pretty painless experience. Good job, Fellas!!!

I'm going to stick to MORNING SIMS for the time being. Probably till the end of the REG SEASON. I think I'll switch back in the Playoffs for LIVE SIM purposes!

    Enjoy!

Thanks Clay! I've certainly enjoyed the morning SIMs and I'm glad they seem to be working for you as well.

Just did the math at work. Playoff 1 should be Mon Dec 26th. I'm off that day, so should be perfect for a LIVE SIM.

I like the morning sims quite a bit.

A 5-2 week for Maine, taking 2 of 3 from Hartford and 3 of 4 from Pitt. That week finally brings us out of last place. Unfortunately, we just lost Bollati for a month. Thankfully, we got Greene.

A fine week in Denver that also culminated in a tough loss in the bottom of the ninth. We did pick up a game on Syracuse. Just trying to shove Indy out of the way first.

Sinclair seems to be struggling since coming back from his knee injury. I'm convinced this sort of thing is programmed into OOTP for guys to lose some of their power for a period of time after suffering leg injuries.

Anyway, O'Moore struggled in his first start (another thing I'm convinced OOTP programs into the game) and then pitched really well in his second.

Olivo gives us an opportunity but as expected, he can't pitch deep enough into games to get decisions. It doesn't help when our team is breaking out of ties in the 9th inning rather than scoring the runs earlier for him.

Guardy, on the other hand, gets run support early.

Chad Melson continues to impress me. And Stu McGee had a big week.

1-2 vs Maine on the road
                    3-1 vs Pawtucket at home

Holding onto first, for now. This division is a nuclear arms race.

Sau goes down for 2 weeks, putting him back in the line-up at about the same time as Kirby off the DL.

Rex Knight came out blasting in his first week in the starting line-up.

Small sample size for sure, but that 0 BB number is very surprising. You're a visionary.

                        Good for Z and Lim.

Don't know why I didn't think to try him in the bullpen before cutting him loose.

I swear Brian Hanrahan makes me shrug my shoulders every time I look at the year he's having. Must be the nickname.
