Conversions are usually met with league shutdowns because a file will inevitable be corrupted due to the changeovers being so unstable.
OOTP 12 sounds like a nice upgrade, with some amazing tools, but we may have to shut down for a couple months if something happens. So we're usually content with using a stable version of the game, OOTP 11 in our case.Comment

I think we are at a pt of casting a vote, but from what I hear this is the longest we have ever stuck to a version.
Lol, I started in mid 89 and by 91 we were upgrading.
