5-1 week gets us back over .500 and 3 games clear in the Pilsner.

Just dumbfounded at how this low level of talent keeps finding ways to hang on until it counts and we go 8-22 down the stretch. We're the anti-tebow.

It would be so nice if we didn't give up 2 games per week in the 7th inning or later.

A lot of no good in that SIM.

At least Tufts continues to hit into Rookie of the Month honors and Scot Rodriguez is balling.

And yes, Ivan Olivo doesn't look too good out there right now.

Happy to bring home a 4-2 week in a tough 6 at home. Guess its a testament to building a team that fits your stadium as we hit 14 bombs including a walk-off from Toyoshige "Rob Deer" Yamauchi.

Running a "force update" image pack, so hopefully it will clean up the INT players.

Frank Tufts will thank you when he's holding up his New Brew trophy at the end of the season or in other words, the only thing Denver has to look forward to this season.

The team celebrates of return of Bob!!!!

Pawtucket 6-0. The return of Merc/Co-Captain Bob Burleson must of lit a fire under the pitching staff's ass with 5 starters pitching quality 8 innings a start with only Ocampo pitching less (6.1- strict pitch count)

Was a nice week. Puts us in a nice spot as we near Allstar break. Do expect to lose grip on a share of first place with a 6 game road trip coming up, but that's normal heading into the break.

Still, things are looking up and again WOW ALE!!!!!!!

Louic Chouinard is one loss away from cross-checking some teammates. (You know he played some hockey growing up in Ontario.) We've put up a whopping 3 runs for him in his last 4 starts. He's certainly living up to his end of the bargain: 2.19/.097/.185

The Ale has the four teams with the best records in the DL. That's pretty ridiculous.

Fun Fact of the day that will interest only me....

On 10/10/89, Pancho Herrera tore his rotator cuff and missed over a year of action....

Since he returned from that injury....

                    4 Pale Ales
                    3 Brewmaster's Cups

He's not the 8-8-8 that I had him scouted as.... but DAMN have I been lucky.

In honor of Jake's earlier throw back gem earlier.

In case there is any confusion here, the outfielder, Ivan Garcia, Skerik signed is the 2nd worst hitter in baseball, by 1995 OPS with over 50 at bats.

Eddie O'Fallon has a .920 OPS and is on pace for 32 HRs and 111 RBI.

Oh, and Marlon Dixon leads all BLB CF in defensive efficieny.
