Same here. Want to swap rotations to see if it gets any better?

We gave up 47 runs in a 3 game series. I'd be interested in just about anything.

            2-4 week.

And luckily we have 3 at VA and 4 at Philly to kill any hope we have left nice and early in the season.

The monster that Matt is building is scary.

We've reached roughly the 1/4 mark of the season, so here's some thoughts on my team:

-Al Hamilton is living up to the hype so far. He's 5th in the IL in VORP, is hitting .309 with a .433 OBP and a .545 SLG. On pace to hit 29 HRs, drive in 107 runs, draw 110 walks and strike out 55 times. I've been hoping he would become my star player over the next few years. Maybe he will.

-Adrian Romero is having a breakout season. He's been solid through the first two years of his career, but he's come out of the gate strong, something he hadn't done before. Hitting .343 with 24 doubles. The BLB doubles record is 65. If Romero were to keep his current pace, he'd end up with 88.

-We are giving up 6.3 runs per game. At this pace, we'll surrender around 1020 runs this season. The IL record is 953. This seems like a gimme.

Must be Matt in Maine, right? No small market Matt could possibly be competitive.

Exactly. It couldn't have anything to do with that crappy scout he had for years....no way that could have been a HUGE issue.

There's not much pitching in VIR right now. Hell, we brought the Skull back.

Don Castor is leading the Import League in HR and RBI and only hitting .232/.287/.497.

I do not understand why all of a sudden he sucks against lefties. That's his normal feast.

You must not have seen the annual ERA around these parts.
