I am very surprised Naito fell so far. He's a star.

Plus... come on.... Nicknames FTW.
And how much cooler would he be if his name were Effrain Grain?

Love his potential as a reliever. He's still got a couple seasons to get there, but I think he'll be really good.Washington Bats, 2013-

I toyed with taking Gray at 15. I took the safe pick though. Been following him for years. And his hometown is right down the street from me.WINDY CITY PLAYBOYS

Took Camilo at 2.1 - has a high ceiling but his ratings right now are pretty low. Probably could have gone with a SP/MR/Swing type P at 2.1 except for the fact my system is loaded with them.
The next two picks auto fired right after:
Denver - SP Troy Clark
Wilmington - 3B Tyler McClouth

That being said, we're happy to get Cogan. Don't love his stamina, but he's got six pitches, half of them being really good, the other three being good. Plus my scout sees him being somewhat developed.

I like Tyler McLouth. I pretty much had it down to either him or Quinn at #13. I think McLouth is the best contact hitter in this draft. He doesn't have much power, but he'll hit for average, get some doubles, draw walks and won't strike out.
Of course, he'll be in the minors for the next 5 years.Washington Bats, 2013-

Make it 3 Joey's in a row as I went with Joey Bridges out of Arizona State. We need all the bullpen help we can get. Bridges has had a very good career at ASU, throws 99-101 mph. He should strike a lot of people out and hopefully be able to help sometime in the next couple years.
He also has a '5' for endurance according to my scout. He doesn't throw a normal Fastball (he has a cutter and a curveball). When he gains that third pitch, you are all going to look like fools for passing on him.Washington Bats, 2013-
