Randomly and Rarely. I've had two pitchers in 11 years of the BLB learn a pitch. Supposedly, its High Work Ethic and/or Intelligence.

My opinion (take it for what it's worth)... I'll draft a pitcher with 2 pitches early IF they don't have a Fastball. I feel like every guy I've had add a pitch, it has been a fastball.The Great One!
