1995 BLB Amateur Draft

I disagree it's much ado about nothing when the thread discussing the draft had the 11th as the start date, and in bold which I took to mean "Yes, absolutely the 11th."

I don't recall where Clay said the draft was starting this Friday but I would think the official draft thread would be the best source for all things draft.

Like I said, I don't care so much if it starts tomorrow. I don't want the league held up because I took a boldest statement for its word. I'll add to my list as soon as I can and be on my merry way.

I've said two things regarding this:

1. I thought it started the 11th. But that's cool. I'll live.

2. Don't tell me I should have filled my class in the past day when you don't know my work schedule.

What's much ado about nothing is the reaction that's been generated from those two statements.

Start the draft as expected. I'll figure it out. I feel like people think I'm pissed or something.

I thought it was next week too - I only have to make a 1 person list (at the moment) so whenever probably works for me. I'd be on the side of waiting until everyone is 100% ready though. Work can get crazy and shit happens. The draft is the most important (and fun) part of this league.

I can't catch a break with the airlines lately. More delays. This time we waited for hockey sticks and car seats. It's 2:00 am Eastern but I have enough picks in for the first round. Didn't have time to labor over my selections. Maybe that's just as well.
