Yeah, I thought they were bringing me back in to make the offer face to face. Turns out I was just meeting with the CEO and CFO. They mail their offers certified. Kind of weird and old school.

That being said... there's only a 1% chance I'm taking it.

Lol, who needs a salary cap? Seems alot of teams our over the Owners budget to start the season off. (Least more than I've seen since maybe 1990)

Mel Woodbury was a man this series. After disappearing last year in the Los Alamos debacle... he was a hammer for us in putting Mississippi away. Also have to shine the spotlight on "Mr Colonial" Danny Nelson. He got the DH call in the games @ Mississippi and essentially was the sparkplug for getting that win. He tied the game in the Top of the 9th and then was part of small ball effort that plated the winner.

Sorry to send the great Russ McEvoy out of the BLB with an L. He had a great career and a great run.

Good stuff, Dr. Spectre. I didn't see a sweep. Love your team. You'll be back.

All that being said.... Colonials ARE selling at least one Superstar this off-season. If you want one, get in first because I'm probably only dealing one.
