This is a league-wide award, but I thought I would throw the nomination up here...
Pittsburgh Millers newest GM, MWetts for J. Allen Award
Yes, he inherited a solid team, thanks to Z. Last season the Millers went 85-77, solid, but finished fourth in the division. The new Pittsburgh GM had never played OOTP before and was still learning what WHIP stood for. He then proceeded to make a bunch of under the radar moves that lead the Millers to their first playoff appearance since 1985.
-Trading a 4th round pick for MR Amsalu Mteule of Baltimore. On a team with huge bullpen problems, Mteule quietly had a very solid '94, 80 IP, 3.25 ERA.
-Signed FA Neil Hildebrand, a signing that some GMs scoffed at. In just 131 games, finished the year with 106 walks, 79 runs scores and a .750 OPS.
-Signed FA P Jerry Collins to a cheap, long-term contract. Some in the pen, some in the rotation, Collins had a phenomenal season. 13-5, 157 IP, 3.55 ERA, 1.35 WHIP
-Signed FA 3B Cristian Negron to a cheap contract. Although he missed eight weeks due to injury, in just 99 games, Negron hit .270, with 20 HRs, 52 RBI and his highest OPS since '89.
-Moved CL Ollie Kane from the closer spot to starting rotation. Went from struggling to flourishing.
-Traded a 1st for Adrian Diaz, helping to solidify a weak pen.
Sure, there are other candidates. Skerik had one hell of a season and made the final week of the year interesting to watch in the DL. Matt the cop steered the Muckdogs to their 2nd playoff appearance ever. Clay won 100+ games. But for a guy to be so in over his head at the start, I'm very impressed with what the Millers accomplished in 1994 under MWetts.Wilmington Wildcats- 2057-

This post seems like a poorly veiled confession that there is no MWhetts and Pat has two IPs. It's like the serial pyromaniac who always comes back to watch the buildings burn. He doesn't want to be caught, but he does want to walk the edge of it.
No other owner should know this much about a team in the other league. The Great One!
To many rings to count...

Tex Watts ROY- he will most likely win a DWI at 3rd after supplanting last years 3rd base DWI winner Raul Carbajal. Watts hit 50 doubles while batting 2nd for a playoff team. Also led all rookies in walks, runs, doubles, extra bases hits and total bases. Came in 2nd in OBP, OPS, and OPS+.

Russ McEvoy for DL Pale Ale
The story couldn't be better. 18-3 record. Workhorse for the team with the best record in the DL. Tino Suarez had a great year but he's going to be sitting on a couch while old man McEvoy will be taking the hill in Game 1. Phenomenal season from a sure fire Hall of Famer.

P Ivn Gall - don't expect him to win it since management screwed him by making him a starter for a time this season. Took over the close role late August. One week he started, then gave us some innings in the bullpen the same week!
P Ignado Sanchez- same as Ivan. Not looking for the award, but a great season regardless. His poor outings in September probably cost him down the stretch.
Offense: No one of note. Samuel turned in a fine season, but like all the power hitters on this team, was injured for a time.PAWTUCKET PATRIOTS

And why is Ral Carrillo getting early love considering his season was at best "ok"? Sorry, better pitchers this year to look at.PAWTUCKET PATRIOTS
