    Correct.

I stand firm with the idea of Matsumoto being a budding star. There is only "maybe" one 3B better than him in the IL.

You should consider yourself lucky. I could have used funclown's opinion.

Not sure if anyone else is allowed to do it but here goes nothing:

Millers: 69-54, 2-1 vs. Batavia, 2-1 vs. Baltimore

The Good: For the first time this season I believe Geoff Scott has a flame next to his name. Its about time especially since Negron and Brown are both still out another week or two. Also Baltimore touched on it earlier but we slammed back-to- back-to- back HRs from the 3,4,5 hitters. Jerry Collins for the time being is still relishing his role in the starting rotation. We are 13-2 when he starts and in one of the two games we lost when he started he went 7.0 innings with 0 ER. Of course the bullpen fell apart... again which brings me to

The Bad: Traded for SP Nate Taylor hoping he will be the number 3 starter my scout thinks he is. Could not wait to see how he would do in a new place. But I forgot to leave a spot open for the guy on my roster. Which led to him being DFA'd and not starting the game I had expected him to and Fitz having to start on two days rest (luckily we won both games). Just a pure rookie mistake on my part that could have costed us a few games or guys seasons. Also when I took over this team C Ismael Cano was hitting second in the lineup. He was coming off 3 straight years where he hit .290+. And literally since the day I have started I have watched his career crumble before my eyes. His ratings have all take huge hits and he is only 29. Needless to say that means I'm thin at catcher which leads me to...

The Ugly: With Rookie C Dusty Simms on the DL with a concussion this week the duties fell to Cano again along with backup C Zane McDonald. These two combined to go 1-20 with 5 K's last week. This total demolishment of Cano's ability seems remarkable because of how fast it has happened but I'm sure all of you have witnessed this on numerous occasions with muliple players in your organizations. I'm sure it wont be the last time I see it.

Next Week: 3 in Los Lunas against a Javelina ballclub that we are 4-5 against on the season. Followed by 3 at home against Syracuse, a team that we are 4-2 against, which has WC implications. Just over a month left, this shit is getting exciting.

Pawtucket is all banged up. We are nothing more than a pacehorse for your team now.

It won't and it's the greatest pain you'll feel in this game.

Watching a good player become a minor leaguer again. It hurts.
