  • SIM COMPLETE - 1994 - SIM 10

    NEXT SIM: Wednesday @ Noon

    ***

Draft should be in. Let me know if you see any issues.

I'm going to leave the SINGLE A rosters at 40 until Friday's SIM. So, essentially, you have one full SIM to make your cuts. Your exports for FRIDAY'S SIM must have all levels at 25. Please don't leave me to make the cuts.

The top six pitching prospects in the league right now were all just drafted. Wow.

A .500 week for NOLA. During which we lose yet another OF and our 4th starter. It seems that Alex Martinez may be arriving just in time....

#86 prospect Brad Flynn was pressed into action this week and responded well to his first taste of the BLB by hitting .308 with 2 HR and 8 RBI in six games.

Having good players in the bullpen doesn't seem to be working. Might be time to trade them for bad ones.

Having good hitters in the lineup doesn't appear to be working either. Perhaps I should trade some of them????????

I knew I'd kick myself for not picking DuFour, but the injury scared me away. We get Omar Ramos who debuted at #44 instead, not bad, and then SP Pat Kauffman in the late second who debuts at #77.

                        Our pitching still sucks.

Gerard is our only young pitching prospect now. Soto is likely to be bumped soon and Medina is just fool's gold.

We suck at the BLB level, but I like my pitching prospects and my young core. That's something I guess. Looking to move some of these vets for picks and prospects.

Guess last season was a flash in the pan. Oh well.

Carolina Tobs- 5-1 this week (31-33 overall)

Probably our best week of the season. 2-1 vs Denver followed by a sweep of Indy. Puts us in second place, 4 games back of Los Alamos.

Good week at the plate for us, hitting .318 as a team. We gave up 11 runs in the loss to the Bulls, but only gave up 8 total in the next 5 games.

In a bit of bad news, Jody Scoley was lost for the year. Val Aparicio has been called up to take his spot in the rotation.
