The stats looked pretty good. I'll run another one and post them if you want.

I made the following edits to the default league total modifiers:

    - Decreased HR's
    - Slightly increased Triples
    - Slightly increased K's
    - Decreased BABIP to .292

I'll post some results in a few minutes

PRetty nice. And for historical perspective. Here are the real 1978 numbers
IL (no DH) vs. 1978 NL
        LgAvg: .249 ---.254
        LgERA: 3.85 --- 3.99
        Leaders----
        AVG: .379 --.334
        HR: 52 ---40
        2B: 50 ---51
        3B: 15 --- 13
        RBI: 120 --- 120
        SB: 50 --71 (next highest only 41)
        ERA: 1.60 -- 2.43
        W: 28 -- 21
        SV: 49 -- 37
        K: 281 -- 303 (next highest 248)

Cam what were the total HR as a league for the IL?

        Real life was 1276

All in all I think these numbers are great.

1429 HR's for IL, so a bit higher than the real life numbers.

The leaders are in line where they should be. 50 HR's might seem high for IL, but 2nd place had 39 HR's. There were only 2 players in the whole league that hit over 40 HR.

Also, the leader in the pitching stats was an outlier as well. One guy had a ridiculous season and was the leader in ERA, Wins and K's.

NOt bad. The top 5 in 78

            Home Runs
            Foster-CIN 40
            Luzinski-PHI 35
            Parker-PIT 30
            Smith-LAD 29
            Kingman-CHC 28
            Stargell-PIT 28

I'd maybe lower HR's a tiny bit. But we're not that far off.

Yah I agree. In this sim there were 23 players in BLB with 30+ HR's compared to only 10 in MLB.

I also think we should lower them because we currently don't have any players rated an 8 in power. When we do get some, they could be hitting 60-70, which I don't want to see consistently.
