The pitcher I was trying to give away on my trade block is now the IL pitcher of the month. 5-0. Can't last forever but I'll take it.

I'm worried about Buzzsaw. His control already not great is in the toilet. Might have squeezed as much blood out of that stone as we could. Leash is getting shorter.

Injuries hurting out lineup but after next week we should be heatlhy and getting a big bullpen arm back in 2 weeks.

It's all about treading water right now.

Carolina Tobs- 4-3 this week (12-14 overall)

Solid week for us, splitting our games against division rivals Windy City and Los Alamos before taking 2/3 from the Wildcats. In our win over the Playboys, we only had one hit, but somehow pulled it out anyway.

I'm pretty happy with my pitching at this point. We're not great, but so far we've been clearly better than last season. Howe and Botiglieri had good starts for us this week.

The lineup still needs to get better in most places. Dana Scott had a great week. My scout has always said he could be a decent player, so hopefully this is the start of something. Ismael Reyes was very good for the second week in a row.

At least we're only 6 GB. We started to hit again but our bullpen loses 3 games during the week. If ain't one thing it's another.

1-10 on the road, 2-6 in 1 run games...I'm not sure really what to do at this point other than hold on and hope things turn around.

20 year old LHP Migdonio Manhos (acquired from DAL in the Dani Alvarez deal) threw his 1st CGSO in his 5th career start. He gave up 3 hits, walked 2 and struck out 6 against Batavia.

Won the first game..... then we laid a turd. 1-6. Lots of issues this go around. Besides leaving runners this entire week on base, the bullpen just crashed. Since seperating Caden & Ivan, they've been acting like bitches ditched at prom. Guess its time to put the lovebirds back together in the setup role.

Only ONE above .500 April since I've been around (And it was barely) Wish just one season we'd get out of the gate.
