Well, I never request player reports.... my thought is that the Scout does it if he doesn't have anything else to do.

I like to think you're just confused about this whole issue and you're not really sure if you do or if you don't, but your heels are so dug in on this one that you're taking this belief to your grave.

I used to get them too, but I'm not exactly sure when it stopped. I'm going with the decrease in budget. I should be able to tell this year since I plan to up my budget significantly.

So you never got "the report" stating Hector's fatal flaw? Sorry about that.

Again, don't think this is it because you can't get much smaller than my budget.

I don't remember getting one in '93, but I'm almost positive I got one at the beginning of '92, along with a report for Washington's top players(my first opponent every year). I cut my budget by 8 million. Only thing I can see as different.

It can't be budget. I spent $8MM in scouting last season. Never received a report.

I've checked to see if it has to do with scout but Jistic has a scout with amazing ratings and he doesn't get a report.

Some guys check off opponent report and don't get the report.

Come to think of it, whenever I do request a scouting report on a player, I never get it. Never.

Might be something to do with GM settings. I'm gonna check.
