lol, I thought I got crazy with my last offers. Kinsey now wants 30 mill per year, and Carbajal 27.

I think the next SIM is where the big names start falling....

Based on the signings that have happened to this point... I feel like Kinsey and Carbajal landing spots are down to about 4 places (IMO).... I figure.... Los Alamos, New Orleans, Davenport and Wilmington are the teams putting in serious bids. I thought Dallas might be in it... but I think the Carter signing maybe takes him out of Kinsey.

Keep in mind... this is even less scientific than Shavermetrics.

Hehe... I think these two are going to make Woodbury look like a bargain @ $22

What I've learned... you can't sign anyone if you don't turn in an export for the first two sims.

Edit: Tardif for 750K??? Did he take a recent talent drop?

Much like real-life, Diesel hosts a home for wayward boys.

If by recent you mean 3 years ago.

That's really highway robbery by Tardiff. I'm surprised he can still throw it the full 60 feet.

I went 76-86 last year. I'm not even sure I can justify giving one of these two what they're asking for now if it doesn't make me a contender...and I don't think either do. I could afford them short-term, but I'm worried about when some of my other young talent starts hitting arbitration years and I've got a guy sitting on my roster making 30 million per year over multiple years.

                      Oh...to be Virginia...

If someone wants to give Carbajal $27M, be my guest. I closed my eyes and clicked submit this time and I don't think I can do that again on Saturday for that money. I already felt like enough of a moron this sim.

Of course, I may be feeling like more of a moron when Saturday rolls around. Who's to say.

I don't think Wilmington's made an offer to anyone.

                            Well, that was stupid.

                            $2 million / 2 years
                            OR
                            $600 K / 1 year.

Joe Soto apparently doesn't care for an extra $400,000 or a year of security.

                            Thanks. Denver Bull for life.

Think back to the Tandy/Latham signings! Spend that money!
