  • SIM COMPLETE - 93-94 - OFF-SEASON 2

NEXT SIM: Wednesday @ Noon (No Files Imported)

    ***

    Arbitration is over...

Free Agents have filed... (Names to be had)

    RULE V is here

    NOTES FOR NEXT SIM:

    - No Files will be imported. This is the RULE V SIM. You'll get a new file before Free Agency.

    - RULE V draft lists come to me via PM.

    - PLEASE... name the PM "(Your Team City) - RULE V LIST". I don't open these lists until the moment I'm entering them into the game.... so if there's anything you need me to read, put it in a separate PM. The List should be just a list.

Just a note: Ivan Guiterrez is on the Rule V draft list, but I believe Carolina just traded for him and wouldn't have gotten a chance to 40-man the kid.

He should be ineligible for the draft.

That's correct. It was a post-sim trade and he didn't go straight to the 40-man... but... no... he is no eligible.

Looks like $13.0 was the high water mark for Arbitration. Saw at least two guys who got it.

O-Hegarty shouldn't be available either. Pat - Please move him to your 40-man on your next export.

This is a really good FA class. Too bad we're broke.

Lost my arbitration cases with Haynes, Perez, and O'Finegan. The first two don't matter much because we were reasonably close anyway, but I was really hoping we would win O'Finegan's case. Oh well.

Carbajal and Kinsey are about to become very rich men.

Not this year. We're in a good spot where are young guys are on the brink of contributing to the big league club, and there's a few players in the FA pool that could possibly fill huge holes (like Pat's) in our lineup.

We're going to go hard, and if we lose out it won't be from a lack of trying.

There is certainly a lot of money out there.

I do feel for the guy who gets Kinsey for $20+ per just in time for an injury. (I hope it's Cali)

Look at my lil' brother Batavia's budget.

Pretty soon you will become that what you loathe: A BIG MARKET TEAM.

I think one team to watch is the BLB Champs. Lots of money to spend.
