        Pawtucket down 3-2.

Nothing else to say other than the Clowns (Not the nice ones) just play us good.

Lowlights: Game 1 we didn't seem ready for baseball as we quickly fell down 4-0 in the first. Game 3, Mendez just picked us apart. If we lose this series Game 4 will be the game we look back on as this game went back and forth

Despite all this some good news, Ivan back as is Zamaro. Guzman our best pitcher this season is on the bump for game 6.

No excuses, just need to get it done.

Windy City played Virginia very well despite the outcome. If WC can somehow get a few bats, watch out.

Even though I'm not in this, it's seriously exciting to go over each series and read the comments. Playoff baseball. Love it.

Love the split up sims as well. Interesting to see some series at 3-2.

Not to agree with Carlos or anything.

Normally I wouldn't talk about this, but, since it's pretty much over, I've got to bitch.

Earlier this season, Hector Carbajal was asking for 17.2/per for 6 years; a bit much, IMO, so we did the song and dance. I began with 15/5 years, and inched my way up to 16.5/6 a sim or two before he got injured. When that didn't take, I began shopping him around a little before he got injured for the rest of the year two sims before the trade deadline.

So, although I was leary of the price, I went back to offer Carbajal another extension, and his demands had gone up after the injury, even though I hadn't lowballed him or made any offer period for about a month while I was shopping him. 18.1 per demand. Then 18.6. Then 19.1.

Just this last week I offered him two years at 23, just because I can't stand to lose this guy for nothing in FA. Now he's asking for 23.5 over 6 years.

Effing scrub. At least FA will be interesting this year.

That's why you should run your organization like mine: don't have any good players.

By the way, Maine crapped on Mississippi back at home. You might need to check and see if Mississippi's bats were switched for plastic, that's how bad it was.

Not only that but we were down in the top of the 9th and hit a go ahead grand slam to take out first lead of the game. Two slams in the 9th inning is pretty spectacular.
