We're really bearing down on the end of the season quickly and it's never too early to start talking awards. A lot of the races are probably fairly clear-cut, but it never hurts to put your guy out there for everyone to see. Who you got?

IL Last Call Considerations
Jerry Chase - Was promoted to closer in Mid-April and hasn't looked back. One of the IL leaders in saves, ERA, VORP, H/9, K/9 and opponents average. All-Star who really came into his own this year.
Ed Weatherspoon - One of the best FA signings of 1993. Weatherspoon has been my only consistent left handed pitcher all year. Leads the IL in VORP for RPs. Also one of the leaders in IP, ERA, BB/9 and WHIP. Completely lights out at home: 41 games, 45 IP, 4 ER.
