Another 3-3 week for the Guides. Luckily the rest of my division is playing .500 ball as well. Subaru comes back this week, so should give the offense a boost.

Kellum comes off the DL and goes 4-4, I win two come-from-behind games in my final AB against Virginia, Franklin comes off the DL to pitch 7 innings of 3-hit, 1-run ball, and Baltimore has won 9 straight games overall.
I guess you get what you pay for.... :D
It is interesting though, that highly rated guys who weren't pulling their weight previously have now suddenly become as good as their ratings with the shift to 2007. Albors and Stafford, previously huge disappointments, are both performing very well. That could be an early season fluke, but it's worth mentioning.SIN CITY GAMBLERS since 1990

3-1 against Phili, 1-2 against Davenport.
Just as I get a SP off the DL, another goes on. While I am still above the ".500 expectation" from my owner, I am unsatisfied by my teams performance thus far. Hopefully I can turn it around this week against division foes Virginia and 2nd place Wilmington.Wilmington Wildcats- 2057-

A winless SIM. Not good. All inside the division. Bats went away this week and pitching didn't help. Bullpen blew a couple late ones.
The Bill Johnson HR watch continues as he has yet to hit a longball in a Colonial's jersey.
One more week without Danny Nelson... however... it's another week of all division games.
This team has got a month to show me they can sniff at .500 or the youth movement starts after the All-Star break. The Great One!
To many rings to count...

The rumor has been going on for a while now, but today it was made official. The Wilmington Wildcats sent 26-year old second baseman Earl Eanes to the Denver Bulls for nothing.
Officials from both teams seem to be pleased with the deal.SIN CITY GAMBLERS since 1990

As for the sim, 5-1, and I lose a half game. I hate the Bulldogs.

I'm not sure what's going on down in Gettysburg, but I had 2 more decent sized jumps in potential this week.
C Joe Lavadie, who was rated around 50 OVR when I drafted him but had dropped off, jumped back up. My head scout has him as 6/4/4/5/5 (59 OVR) when he was rated a 20 OVR before.
SP Rodriguez Delorosa, who was my 7th round pick last year jumped to 6/4/5 (50 OVR) and he was also rated 20 OVR before.
I'm now accepting trades if you want to have your scrubs play in Gettysburg. :D

My outfield is STACKED. RIght not I have no room for a 71 OVR OF! There's no way I can sit Serma.
In other news, "Old BLue" is having major problems closing out games. It's funny I was thinking about extending him, but he's pulling a Zambrano so far.
Also ARCE grabs player of the month. Looks like he may FINALLY be living up to his potential. Anyway my team has turned into a big basher team, my pitching is still good, but not quite as dominant as it was.WINDY CITY PLAYBOYS
