The Stout division is like the AL East. 3 teams in the top 6 payrolls, Philly is over $60mil and then you have Sully with the D-Rays of BLB down at $35mil

Malachi Stiver is very very excited hitting in Petoria Park. I'm glad I have a great power hitting lineup because my pitchers pretty much suck, except my closer whos decent.

I should change my team name to the Wilmington Kittens.

Uh oh, I got a LOW payroll. That means my market might be in bad shape. I'm the KC Royals.

Don't worry if you have a small market, revenue sharing should help you out. In the few test runs I ran, most teams made a slight profit. I posted my results in the financials thread.

            FYI the markets are:
            (0-10 scale)

            Code:

I'm screwed though when my young guys start getting older. Ihave a VERY young team. They'll all hit at the same time. Kinda like the Expos at the 90's.

Yeah, I mean, Philly's obviously a smaller market than Syracuse.

And Pittsburgh is smaller than Pawtucket apparently...Oh well.

Well, my team's in LA and it's only rated a 5... it'll work out though as I start piling on the championships.

Yup, go right ahead. You can use the trade block thread or contact people through pm. I obviously won't be able to process them until the first sim, but people are welcome to start. You also might want to check out the FA list.

I'm Chicago, and I'm a 3. But this is the 'alternate' universe. So think of it as NEW Chicago.

The good news is my team is full of guys under 25. So look out for me in 1984!

I think I have one person under 25 and he's my fifth starting pitcher.

If this was a wheelchair league I'd kick ass, since I have so many old players. :(

I like my team a lot. Only two players over 30 (neither of which will likely start), the 3rd lowest payroll in the league, and lots of speed. I'm content with my first pick, and he should be the foundation of my offense.

What are the player ratings out of?
